Sonamu
This beautiful word meaning "pine tree" in Korean, is also name of one of my favorite restaurants, which unfortunately closed a few days ago after seven years of operation.
Korean cuisine has not, apparently, a lot of acceptance in Murcia, given its novelty. We used to think the Chinese and the Japanese (but which are also run by Chinese), but that Korean cuisine is still very unknown, and apparently here are not much given to experiments, so that added the sushi to your letter and thus more or less have been throwing up now. Nor was located in a very favorable, too far from downtown (but next to my house and the parents of Moriarty), which was not conducive to heavy traffic customers. But I grew on me a few years ago and was a great place, who came often. The good news is that they travel to Madrid, so I can still enjoy it when you go visit there.
has a lovely waitress whose stage name is Ana (Tien Phuong Annan should call or something), that one night we were for a long time explaining the secrets of Korean cooking. Curiously enough the amount of work involved in preparing dishes apparently simple, but can carry a lot of ingredients and hours of preparation, and how to reject artificial flavor essences. He told us that the hot pepper is used both in the kitchen, the family of the owners cultivated in Korea and dried in the sun at home, and then collect them on their trips to the country. If everything is as we were told, it is understandable that not be a cheap food because it is not. A dinner for a couple can go for 40 € or more, but it is a treat worth given on special occasions.
So if you ever find it in Madrid I strongly recommend that probeis, and incidentally give me the new address so I can visit you too. And do not hesitate to try the green tea is the most delicious I have ever tasted. The proud owner told us that Chinese tea was not as those who serve around (while making a contemptuous gesture with hand), that this was a Korean tea.
I miss the chicken Dak Kui.
